Replace Wine Night with Microdose NightÂ
Brownies and Cann: A Decadent Pairing
Tired of the same old wine night – and the guaranteed next-day headache that comes with it? Rewrite the drinking narrative, and swap wine night for an evening of baking brownies and drinking Cann.Â
An Elevated Night At HomeÂ
There’s nothing quite like the warm and gooey goodness of a freshly baked brownie. Pairing your dessert with the subtly sweet, refined flavors of Cann Social Tonics is… *chef’s kiss*. Cann is a low-dose cannabis beverage that contains 2mg of THC and 4mg of CBD per can, so it provides a light buzz with no next-day hangover, making it the perfect complement to a night of baking, indulging, and relaxing.

Making Brownies Is Easy – So Is Drinking Cann
Baking brownies with friends or a significant other is a perfect way to spend a casual evening at home (and is easier on your wallet than another trip to the bar or bakery). Whether you buy a box of simple brownie mix, make better brownies using a grandma recipe or a legendary secret recipe, the process is generally easy and straightforward.Â
If you’re not an experienced baker, don’t worry. Even if they don’t turn out perfect, they’ll still be delicious (just don’t forget to oil the pan). Plus, the act of baking together is a great bonding experience that can bring you closer together – especially when you’re sharing a light buzz from drinking Cann.
Cann and Brownies: Better Together
Diet culture has a way of making brownies seem like a bad thing. But the truth is, baking and bonding with your friends or significant other can actually have a range of potential health benefits, like reducing stress and anxiety, improving mood, and boosting self-esteem. And when you swap the same old social drinks like wine and booze for Cann, you’ll have even more to feel good about (and less to feel bad about the next day).
How To Make Weed Brownies
We have a confession to make: We were never going to teach you about cooking with cannabis (we’re more about cooking while sipping cannabis). But if you’re set on learning how to make edibles, there are loads of guides available on the web. Just remember, if you consume cannabis edibles – especially homemade weed brownies – be very cautious, as it can take hours to feel effects, and the dosage can vary immensely.Â

CBD with THC:That’s What We Call A Prime Drink
CBD with THC:That’s What We Call A Prime Drink
CBD Benefits Lacking?
CBD drinks are all the rage these days and for good reason. Cannabidiol, or CBD, has been touted for its many potential health benefits, from reducing stress to easing physical discomfort. But there’s a better option.
Say ‘high’ to Cann Social Tonics – a low-dose cannabis beverage that not only contains CBD but is also microdosed with THC.Â

Benefits of CBD Drinks
CBD drinks are popping up everywhere, from health food stores to coffee shops. These beverages contain cannabidiol, a non-psychoactive compound found in cannabis. But what are the actual benefits of drinking CBD? Spoiler alert: There aren’t many.
While CBD drinks are popular, they have limitations. For one, they don’t contain THC, the psychoactive compound in cannabis that is responsible for the “high” that many people associate with the plant. While some people prefer to avoid THC, others find that it provides a more well-rounded experience than CBD alone. Many CBD drinks on the market are very low in actual CBD content, making them a less effective option for those looking to reap the potential benefits of CBD.
Introducing Cann: The Microdosed Cannabis Beverage
Cann is a microdosed cannabis beverage that provides a light buzz similar to a beer or glass of wine, without the next-day hangover. Each can of Cann contains 2mg of THC and 4mg of CBD, making it a great choice for anyone looking to experience the benefits of CBD and THC together. Because it’s a drink, the effects of Cann are felt quickly, making it a great option for those who want a more immediate experience.
Benefits of Cann: More Than Just a Buzz
Cann has other advantages over other cannabis products. For one, it’s a low-dose option, which means that it provides a light buzz without the unpredictable effects associated with higher doses of THC. This makes it a great choice for anyone new to cannabis, as well as for experienced users looking for a sessionable, refreshing drink.
Cann is also convenient because, well… it’s a drink! It’s easy to consume and doesn’t require any special equipment or preparation. This makes it a great option for those who are new to cannabis or who want a more discreet way to experience the benefits of THC flower (without smoking or eating an edible).
And it’s a great option for those who are looking for an all-natural cannabis product. Cann uses only high-quality cannabis and all-natural ingredients in its beverages, ensuring that you get a pure and effective experience every time. Now that’s what we call a “Prime Drink.â€
Conclusion: Cann is the Better Choice
While CBD drinks are a popular trend, Cann offers a more complete cannabis experience with the added benefits of both THC and CBD. Its low-dose format and convenient beverage form make it an easy and discreet way to enjoy the benefits of cannabis. If you’re looking for a cannabis product that is both effective and convenient, Cann is the perfect choice. So the next time you’re searching for “cbd drinks near me,” consider trying Cann instead and experience the full range of benefits that cannabis has to offer.

CBD and THC Dosage: How Much Should I Drink?
A Guide to Edibles, Drinks, and the Optimal THC and CBD Dosages
How Much is the Right Amount of THC for You?
With so many different cannabis products on the market – each with its own potency and format – shopping for your perfect product can feel intimidating. Whether you’re new to cannabis or high-ly experienced, this guide provides an overview of CBD and THC dosage, as well as some helpful suggestions for proper dosing.

THC Dosage
THC, or tetrahydrocannabinol, is the compound in cannabis that produces the psychoactive effects commonly associated with the plant. If you’re new to cannabis, it’s a good idea to start with a low THC dosage and gradually increase until you achieve the desired effects.
If consuming a THC edible (more on those later), it’s best to wait at least two hours to feel the effects before consuming more, and effects may last for several hours.
With cannabis-infused drinks like Cann, effects are felt quickly – after just 10-15 minutes – which makes it faster and easier to find your ideal dosage. A general guideline for beginners is to start with 2mg THC to 5mg THC. For experienced users, the optimal THC dosage can range from 5mg THC to 10mg THC, to as high as 20mg to 50mg (or more).
CBD Dosage
CBD, or cannabidiol, is a non-psychoactive compound found in cannabis. In general, CBD on its own doesn’t produce notable effects that the user physically feels. However, CBD is believed to increase the effectiveness of other cannabinoids – like THC – when consumed together, as well as reportedly promoting feelings of calmness and focus. The optimal CBD dosage varies depending on the individual, but a general guideline is to start with a low dosage, such as 4mg to 10mg, and gradually increase until you achieve the desired effects.
Dosage for Edibles
Another increasingly popular way to consume cannabis is with edibles or foods that are infused with cannabis extract. Because the effects of edibles can take longer to kick in than other forms of cannabis (like drinking Cann), it’s important to start with a low dosage and wait to see how you react before consuming more. The recommended dosage for edibles varies depending on the person and the product, but a general rule of thumb is to start with 2mg THC to 5mg THC, and wait at least two hours before consuming more.
Find Your Cruising Altitude With Cann
If you’re looking for a low-dose cannabis product that’s refreshing, all-natural, and provides a buildable buzz, Cann is the perfect choice. Cann is a cannabis-infused drink that contains 2mg of THC and 4mg CBD per can. (Cann Hi Boys, with 5mg THC, are available in select areas.) Because Cann is a liquid, effects are felt quickly and taper off predictably. And unlike traditional boozy social drinks, it won’t leave you with a hangover the next day.
THC Mg Dosage Chart
Here’s a simple THC mg dosage chart to determine the ideal dosage for your needs. This guide is just a suggestion – optimal dosage varies by person.
Experience Level | THC Dosage |
Cannacurious/First-Timer | 2mg THC |
Novice Explorer | 2mg THC – 5mg THC |
Weekend Consumer | 5mg THC – 10mg THC |
Frequent Flier | 10mg THC – 20mg THC |
Canna Connoisseur | 20mg THC – 50mg THC |

Flavors to Savor: Ginger Lemongrass and More
Spring is right around the corner which means one thing: outdoor drinking! We all love to sip in the sun, but what about those who don’t love day drinking? A five o’clock hangover isn’t as fun as it’s cracked up to be, which is why Cann is saving your spring
Ginger Lemon-Yass
Consider us in our Artpop era. We’re taking a big swing with a brand-new flavor. The delicate blend of ginger and lemongrass taste come together to create something magical that only a few will fully appreciate. Think of it like a sexier Moscow Mule, but without the hangover or empty calories from gingerbeer.Â

Blood Orange Cardamom
First and foremost, no blood orange drink contains blood. They are simply enriched with blood orange juice. They’re like regular oranges, but juicier and redder. We pair it with cardamom to bring out that extra oomph in both flavor profiles.
When the weather becomes perfect for fresh air and fresh flowers, a 2mg microdose will give you the relaxed buzz your soul needs (and that shoveling dirt doesn’t provide). This is a Cann fam favorite, and what our team recommends for first-timers.
Lemon Lavender
For the Swifties still living in a Lavender Haze, we have just the thing. With an all-natural lavender flavor, our Lemon Lavender Cann has the perfect pinch of sweet and sour to spice up the season. If you’ve ever enjoyed a crisp, cool lemonade on a warm day and thought, “I wish this was more sophisticated†then 1) okay chic, and 2) we got you boo.
Grapefruit Rosemary
If you’ve ever sipped a grapefruit rosemary cocktail (or grapefruit rosemary mocktail) like a Paloma (or virgin Paloma) then you already know about this winning combo. She’s feisty, she’s tart, and she tastes SO good. This flavor can divide families, in that it’ll reveal which of your relatives don’t like cool things. Be the cool weed soda aunt, and sip your Grapefruit Rosemary Cann on the eve of the solstice to feel more in tune with the universe.
One for the Roadies
Taking drinks to go is fun, but packing the whole bar cart ain’t it. No one wants to carry around cocktail mixer, AND liquor, AND ice, AND plastic cups. It’s too much. That’s why we’ve created Roadies. It’s all of our favorite flavors in a tasty liquid pouch that mixes into your favorite beverage. They literally turn anything into a TCH-infused treat.
So this spring, get out there. Bring your taste buds, and share a few Cann with your buds. Cann is a Social Tonic after all and better when enjoyed socially.

Cannabis Products 101: Getting to Know Your THC Toolkit
Cannabis Products 101: Getting to Know Your THC ToolkitÂ
If you’ve ever set foot in a dorm, you’ve probaaably seen a weed grinder, rolling papers, and a pencil scattered across some desk. For those of you who spent more time in class than learning how to roll a joint, we know all of these ~accouterments~ can seem overwhelming. But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with everything you need to know about cannabis products and consumption.Â
Let’s Blow This Joint
Take a gander at Risky Business or Broad City, and you’ll likely see characters taking puffs from a joint. They are the most classic methodology of consumption. Seth Rogan even took it to a higher level by rolling a cross joint (AKA the Pineapple Express joint).Â
Joint assembly is simple – well, at least with joint cones (aka pre-rolled joint papers). To fill, you need to grind your bud (add whole flower to your grinder and spin until it’s all finely ground), add your ground flower into the open end of the cone until almost completely full, and twist the end to seal the deal. If you’re new to rolling a joint, no worries, it takes practice. (Or asking your college buddy with the silliest nickname, odds are they’re a pro.)

Bubbles: They Are the Joy and the Laughter
For those who feel a little braver (and have trained lung capacity) there is bubbler, aka a bong. (No, not the sound a gong makes, but a glass smoking device filled with water.) A bubbler is a multi-piece instrument consisting of a bowl, percolator, water reservoir, and spout.Â
By pulling the smoke through the water, you fill the reservoir until you are ready to inhale. By percolating smoke through water it’s believed to create a smoother hit, but go slow – a large inhale might not feel smooth.
For those living in the year 3008 (or 2023, whatever) inhaling is easier than ever with the invention of weed pens. By vaporizing cannabis oil, they let you puff as you please on the go. Just try not to lose your charger in the back of an Uber pool, because someone WILL keep if for their own vape.
Potent Potables (and Edibles)Â
Consuming cannabis orally doesn’t have to tax your throat and lungs. There are easier, less cough-inducing, ways to enjoy your bud and eat it too. That’s why we have THC edibles. Most people think edibles are space cakes, magic brownies, or gummies. And they’re right: these are all great options for treats that will leave a slightly nasty aftertaste thanks to cannabis oil or butter.
For those who enjoy things that taste good, there’s Cann. Cann is a 2mg THC seltzer that lets you build your buzz, deliciously and without burning your throat or tastebuds. It comes in award-winning flavors like Lemon Lavender, Grapefruit Rosemary, and Blood Orange Cardamom. The low dosage also lets you build your buzz, rather than riskily trusting a friend-of-a-friend who was “really careful†measuring the cannabis oil for this batch of brownies.
Humble BeginningsÂ
There are dozens of ways to enjoy cannabis, from a hollowed-out apple to the fearsome volcano. However, not all of these are accessible to the canna-curious. When you need a grinder, paper, flower, a lighter, glassware, etc., to get just a tiny bit high, things can get overwhelming quickly. That’s why Cann is here for you. It’s an entry into the wonderful world of cannabis, with no additional hardware needed. Just crack, sip, and deliciously enjoy your way into a buzzy microdose of joy.

California Sober Curious? Hemp Drinks are Here to Help
California Sober Curious? Hemp Drinks are Here to Help
Nothing makes you say “I’m never drinking again†quite like that January 1st hangover. Just because you started the year with your head in the toilet, doesn’t mean it has to be a total sh*t show.
Breaking Up with Booze
Sober January is on the rise, much to the delight of livers everywhere. More and more people are taking it a step further, and adopting a so-called ‘California sober’ lifestyle, wherein enjoying THC and hemp products doesn’t count as breaking sobriety.
This can be a great trick for anyone trying to quit alcohol cold turkey. It’s also better for you and means you can leave hangovers in the past. Hemp-infused drinks still give you a buzz, but without the vomit, headaches, or 4 am texts to your ex. (We know you miss them, but you broke up 3 years ago. You gotta stop.)
A West Coast State of Mind
It makes sense why this trend is catching on, especially in CA where THC and hemp products were available recreationally so early. Alcohol comes with a whole slew of repercussions, but what’s the worst thing that happens when you get a little high? Oh no! You’ve listened to too much Jazz!
Even celebs like Demi Lovato, whose song ‘California Sober’ helped popularize the term, are switching it up to protect their health. It’s easier to give up just one vice rather than all of them, and you still have an outlet to blow off steam after a particularly long day of the entire planet burning.

But My Friends are All Doing it
Socializing sober is hard, we get it. It can suck to order ANOTHER soda water with bitters by the time everyone else at the bar is starting to stumble and slur, but you can still be the social butterfly with some help from hemp. Cann Infused Social Tonics look like a hard seltzer (who are we kidding, they’re way cuter) and are perfect for keeping pace with your brewski-loving broskis. The 2mg THC dosage means you can build your hemp high at a pace similar to those drinking plain old alcohol.
We’re not going to pretend social pressures aren’t there, and the nice thing about going California sober is that it’s a more forgiving approach. Slip-ups happen, but it’s about getting back up and riding the wave you want to. Try it for a month, and see how you feel. Your body will thank you, and you may even find it easier than you thought.

Drinkable, Delicious & Refreshing Cannabis
Cannabis drinks are the perfect way to enjoy all the benefits of cannabis without any drawbacks. CBD-infused drinks offer all the relaxation and stress relief of cannabis, but without the psychoactive effects that can sometimes be unwanted or inconvenient.
Plus, cannabis drinks are a great way to socialize and bond with friends – something that can be difficult when everyone is high on weed. Whether you’re enjoying a night in or going out on the town, cannabis drinks are the perfect way to make sure everyone has a good time.
HOLD THE BOOZE – AND THE HANGOVER. ALL BUZZ AND NO BOOZE!
Here’s what you need to know if you’re new to Cannabidiol (CBD): THC and CBD are two cannabinoids found in marijuana and hemp. They, however, have significant differences. THC is the “good stuff” that makes you high. While CBD won’t make you high, it will help you feel happier and calmer.
What do we call a pair of relationship objectives? When they work together, each one enhances the other’s positive qualities, resulting in a relaxing yet sociable buzz. Our standard Canns include 2mg of THC and 4mg of CBD per dose.
So whether you’re new to cannabis or a total pro, our drinks have just the right amount of cannabinoids to keep things chill.
Cannabis drinks are becoming more and more popular as people discover all the benefits they offer. If you’re looking for a new way to enjoy weed, be sure to give them a try! You won’t be disappointed.
So next time you’re looking for a new way to get buzzed, reach for a cannabis drink instead of your usual beer or cocktail. You won’t regret it!
WHAT IS A SOCIAL TONIC?
Drinkable and delicious cannabis that’s as bubbly, refreshing, and sociable as your favorite cocktail, without that dreaded next-day hangover. It’s your new go-to party drink and your excuse to politely decline that beer. It’s the best thing to happen to drinking since drinking. You’re welcome.
Unlike other drinks on the market, our Social Tonics are crafted with all-natural ingredients and cold-pressed cannabis oil. That means no weird aftertaste, no gross feeling the next day, and most importantly – no hangover.
Plus, our drinks come in a variety of delicious flavors so you can find the perfect one for your taste buds. And at only 10 calories per can, you can indulge guilt-free.
So what are you waiting for? It’s time to get social! Pick up a can (or six) of our Social Tonics and let the good times flow.

Exploring the Many Alternate Names for Marijuana
Marijuana is a versatile and widely used drug that has been known by many names throughout its history. From scientific terms to slang terms, the names used to refer to marijuana can vary greatly depending on the context and cultural background of the speaker. In this article, we will explore some of the most common alternate names for marijuana.Â

C is for Cannabis
Cannabis is the scientific name for the marijuana plant. It’s widely used in the cannabis industry and by those who study the plant. Despite common perception, hemp and marijuana actually come from the same plant – Cannabis Sativa. The distinction between the two comes from industry regulation rather than genetic difference. Hemp is defined as a variety of the plant that contains less than 0.3% of THC. Cannabis is any variety of the plant that contains over 0.3% THC. The more potent variety of cannabis is most commonly known as marijuana, but it has many other names, too.
Alternate Names for Marijuana
Ganja is a term with its origins in the Hindi language. It’s widely used in the Caribbean, and is historically associated with the Rastafarian culture.
Mary Jane is a popular term among casual users and is often used in a more lighthearted and less serious context.
Reefer is another slang term for marijuana. Though use of this term today is less controversial, in the first half of the 20th century, it was used to villainize marijuana users, most notably in the 1936 film, “Reefer Madness.â€
Weed is one of the most generic, catch-all terms for marijuana in the US, as well as in many other countries. Sometimes the term is often used to describe marijuana of lower quality or potency, but it can refer to high-potency marijuana, too.
The word bud is a bit more specific. In general, it refers to the dried, cured flowers of the marijuana plant that are used for smoking, or are processed into other forms of cannabis like resin and distillate.
Flower is a word that describes the dried and cured flowers of the marijuana plant. In most cannabis dispensaries, flower is the category name for those products.
Dope is a slang term that is often used to refer to marijuana in a casual and low-key manner, but sometimes it can be used to refer to other drugs, too. We’re not really sure who calls it dope anymore – besides our dads.
Last but not least: chronic. This is a slang term that is often used to refer to marijuana of exceedingly high potency. Though an ongoing source of debate, many people credit hip-hop artists Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg for popularizing the term with their 1992 album of the same name.
Delta 8 and Delta 9 THC
These last two terms aren’t slang – they’re science. Delta 8 and Delta 9 (actually ∆ 8 and ∆ 9) are variants of the main psychoactive compound in marijuana – THC. Delta 9 THC is a “major cannabinoid,†and is the main type of THC found in most marijuana products – including Cann Social Tonics.
Delta 8 THC on the other hand, is a “minor cannabinoid,†meaning it must be derived from major cannabinoids that already exist in the cannabis plant. This synthesis can happen naturally within the plant during growth, but it can also be created in higher concentrations by using laboratory processes following harvest. More products containing Delta 8 THC have become available recently, often as a way to circumvent regulations that specifically prohibit Delta 9 THC. However, most consumers prefer Delta 9 THC for its more potent effects, and more natural production process.
