How does a Cann Subscribe & Save work?
We currently offer three subscription plans: Monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly.
All plans receive 20% off the standard purchase price plus free shipping.
Our subscription plans have no commitment, so you can easily cancel at any time in your customer account, or by emailing us at highthere@drinkcann.com.
Can I change the quantities and/or products in my current subscription?
Yes, absolutely! Head to your online Cann account and visit âManage Subscriptionsâ.
Select the subscription youâd like to update to make changes to the product type, flavor, or quantities.
Please feel free to send us a message to highthere@drinkcann.com if you need any assistance with updating your subscription.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Head to your online Cann account here, and select the subscription you'd like to update. From there, you'll find the option to cancel your subscription.
Alternatively, if you prefer to keep your subscription but just need different items, you can instead make updates to the products and quantities in your subscription.
Please allow 24 hours for any subscription change to go into effect.
Subscription cancelations will not affect a subscription order that has already been processed. To request cancelation of a newly processed subscription order, please email us at highthere@drinkcann.com.

What is the seasonal subscription program?
The seasonal subscription program is a rotating subscription to all of Cannâs seasonal flavors.
While subscribed, you will receive the current in-stock seasonal flavor. When no seasonal is in stock, your subscription order will skip until a new seasonal flavor becomes available.
The product flavor will alternate throughout your subscription but the type (Cann, Hi Boy or Roadie) and pack size will stay the same.
How does the seasonal subscription work?
Once you subscribe, you will receive the currently available seasonal flavor in the format (Cann, Hi Boy, or Roadie) and pack size you chose when subscribing.
Once the product goes out of stock, you will not be charged and will not receive any product until a new flavor comes in stock.
New flavors are rotated every 2-3 months, although timing between flavor swaps may vary.
For the seasonal subscription, what flavors will be in the rotation?
Currently, the seasonal flavors that will be rotated into this subscription are Cranberry Sage, Yuzu Elderflower, and Ginger Lemongrass. However, if additional flavors are added, you'll receive those too.
